Understanding WaClub Lite Deposit-Free Benefits

Overview

WaClub Lite is a customer loyalty status designed to reward trusted customers with deposit-free bookings after meeting the required booking history.

Deposit Requirement

For your first five (5) bookings with WAHDAH, a standard deposit is required. This applies automatically and helps establish a trusted booking relationship.

Once you have successfully completed five bookings, you will be eligible for deposit-free bookings starting from your sixth (6th) booking onward under WaClub Lite.

How to Check Your WaClub Lite Status

Your WaClub Lite status is updated automatically after you complete the required number of bookings.

You can check your current status at any time:

  1. Log in to your WAHDAH account
  2. Go to the Profile section on the website or mobile app
  3. View your membership tier information

Status Not Updated?

In rare cases, your membership status may not update automatically.

If this happens, please contact WAHDAH Customer Service. Our team will verify your booking history and update your status accordingly.

Is WaClub Lite Permanent?

Yes. WaClub Lite status is designed to be permanent and will remain active unless there are future changes to company policy.

If any policy revisions occur, WAHDAH will communicate these changes clearly and transparently through official channels.
