What is WaCash?

WaCash Account

1. WaCash is an account balance feature that allows customers to top up or withdraw funds for purposes such as cancellation refunds, booking refunds, or deposit withdrawals. Refunds and withdrawals are subject to the prevailing conditions or status applicable to each customer, which may vary depending on their rental status.

The WaCash Account displays three types of balances, with each balance treated differently based on its applicable conditions.

2. WaCash can be used for future booking which may or may not require top up sum depending on the total balance and the value of the rental.

3. The WaCash current balance may include cash voucher sum which is not allowed to be withdrawn. Thus, the current balance will not be the same as the available balance assuming the floating balance is zero.
