What SLRO Does NOT Cover (Exclusions)

Neither LRO nor SLRO will apply if the damage or loss arises from any of the following:

  • The vehicle is driven by an unauthorised or unregistered driver

  • Any breach of the Rental Agreement or traffic laws

  • False, misleading, or incomplete information, or missing claim documents

  • Incidents occurring before LRO or SLRO was selected

  • Misfueling, reckless driving, or misuse of the vehicle

  • Failure to comply with police reporting requirements

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings

  • Bodily injury or third-party property damage

  • Driving on unsealed roads (except access roads to accommodation)

  • Use of the vehicle for delivery or commercial purposes

  • Vehicle types requiring non-standard licences or excluded by WAHDAH

  • Internal vehicle damage (interior fittings, upholstery, accessories)

  • Clutch-related damage
