Coverage Under SLRO

Under SLRO, the user is covered when WAHDAH charges for:

  • Damage to the vehicle’s exterior body, including the roof

  • Damage to windscreens, mirrors, lights, and all external glass

  • Damage to wheels and tyres, including punctures, repairs, or replacements

  • Damage to the underside (underbody) of the vehicle

  • Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g. wind, fire, hail), provided there is no breach of the Rental Agreement

  • Lost, damaged, or stolen vehicle keys, including lock-out assistance, replacement, programming, and delivery

  • Theft or vandalism of the rental vehicle
