The following rules govern the subscription and applicability of the Super Liability Reduction Option (SLRO); subject to the terms and conditions of the Lease Agreement.
SLRO is an optional protection add-on offered to Users during the vehicle rental process. It is not mandatory and is charged at an additional cost on top of the base rental fee.
SLRO must be subscribed before the Lease Term commences.
Once the Lease Term has started, no requests to add SLRO will be accepted.
WAHDAH reserves the absolute right to reject any late subscription requests.
In the event of a complimentary or paid vehicle upgrade, the subscribed SLRO shall be:
Adjusted to correspond with the upgraded vehicle’s class and specification; and
Prorated accordingly, where applicable.
Only one liability reduction option may be active at any given time.
Where SLRO is subscribed, it supersedes LRO and any standard liability reduction arrangements.
SLRO coverage is strictly conditional upon the User’s full compliance with:
All rental terms and conditions
Proper use of the Lease Vehicle
Timely reporting obligations (including lodging a police report within 24 hours for accidents or theft)
Failure to comply may result in SLRO coverage being voided.
SLRO coverage is non-transferable.
It applies only to the named User and the specific Lease Vehicle stated in the rental agreement.
SLRO fees are non-refundable once the Lease Term has commenced.
Any early termination of the Lease Term does not entitle the User to a refund of SLRO charges, unless otherwise stated by WAHDAH.
WAHDAH reserves the right to:
Amend SLRO subscription rules, pricing, or eligibility; and
Update terms without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
