Document Requirements
Do I need to submit my documents again for future bookings?

Your documents are securely stored in our system only if you are the driver and have uploaded them during verification.

For future bookings:

  • You only need to update your documents if your passport or driving licence has expired
  • If you add an additional driver, verification must be submitted again for that driver
  • If there is no additional driver, no further action is required after payment
    (except for details needed for add-on purchases, such as Zurich Travel Insurance)

This ensures all driver information remains accurate and up to date for every booking.
