1. Service Coverage
   The service is available for pick-up and return within Kuala Lumpur and selected surrounding areas including KLIA Terminal 1, KLIA Terminal 2 and within the Sepang area.

2. Locations Outside the Coverage Area
   Additional charges may apply for pick-up or return locations outside the designated coverage area. The applicable price will be displayed during the booking process before payment is made.

3. Package Inclusions
   The displayed price includes:

• Private chauffeur service
• Fuel
• Toll charges
• Standard parking charges

Any exceptional parking charges or additional fees caused by extended waiting time, special access requirements or changes requested by the customer may be charged separately.

4. Event Tickets Not Included
   This package provides private chauffeur transportation only. WAHDAH does not sell or provide Formula 1 tickets, Sepang Circuit admission tickets or access passes.

5. Booking Confirmation
   All bookings are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and the customer receives an official booking confirmation.

6. Pick-up and Return Details
   Customers must provide accurate pick-up, return, passenger and contact details during booking. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

7. Waiting Time
   Complimentary waiting time is subject to the period stated during booking. Additional waiting charges may apply once the complimentary period has ended.

8. Passenger and Luggage Capacity
   Passengers and luggage must remain within the selected vehicle’s permitted capacity. WAHDAH may recommend a larger vehicle or refuse unsafe loading arrangements.

9. Route and Travel Time
   Travel time may be affected by traffic congestion, road closures, security controls, event traffic and access restrictions around Sepang Circuit. Customers are advised to plan sufficient travel time. WAHDAH is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10. Circuit Access
    The chauffeur will drop off and pick up customers only at locations permitted by Sepang Circuit management, event organizers or the relevant authorities. Restricted roads and designated event zones may affect the final drop-off or pick-up point.

11. Cancellations and Amendments
    Cancellation, amendment and refund requests are subject to WAHDAH’s prevailing booking policies. Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes, extended service hours or additional stops.

12. Customer Conduct
    Smoking, illegal activities and conduct that may endanger the chauffeur, vehicle or other persons are strictly prohibited. Customers are responsible for damage caused by their passengers.

13. Final Price
    The total price and any applicable additional charges will be displayed during booking. Customers should review all booking details and charges before completing payment.

14. General
    WAHDAH reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions when reasonably necessary. Any material changes affecting a confirmed booking will be communicated to the customer.
