What do I need to bring when I pick up the car?

To ensure a smooth pick-up process, please bring the following items:

  1. Pickup Slip: Present the Pickup Slip you received in your confirmation email.

  2. Identification Card or Passport: This is required to verify that the vehicle is handed to the correct individual.

  3. Driver's License: A valid Singapore Digital Driving Licence displayed through the Singpass app for booking and licence verification.

    If you do not have a physical Singapore driving licence, please ensure that your Digital Driving Licence in Singpass is valid and accessible throughout your rental period.
