What is covered under SLRO?

Subject to the rental agreement, SLRO covers and limits the customer’s liability for:

  • Vehicle repair–related insurance costs (if applicable)
  • Downtime – repair period when the vehicle is in the workshop
  • Loss of Use – loss of rental income while the vehicle cannot be rented out
